Sending emails can be time consuming and arduous work, but luckily there is a quicker way to send your message from Microsoft Outlook – just by pressing two keys.
By pressing the Control and Return (also known as Enter) keys simultaneously, your email will send in its current form. The first time you use this shortcut on a Windows computer, you will be asked whether you would like to enable or disable this shortcut to send the email. However, on Mac this is set as the default.
This function can also be achieved by pressing Alt + S. Note the difference between this shortcut for sending and email and Ctrl + S which will save the email as a draft.
