Keyboard shortcuts are useful for a wide range of functions, saving time and strain as hands are not being constantly moved between the keyboard and mouse. This week’s ten second tip focusses on the print shortcut.
On Windows, pressing the Command key and P key simultaneously will open the print setup window for the current programme.
On Mac, the same function can be achieved by pressing the Command and P keys at the same time.
Control and Command are both regarded as modifier keys as they have no effect when pressed alone, but modify the function of another key when both are pressed together.
